Hotel - amazing! It's hard to believe this is the oldest hotel in Madrid. The renovations that were completed make the space feel modern but still pay tribute to the history. Rooms - amazing! Very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Location - amazing! Walking distance to many interesting neighborhoods, excellent restaurants and bars Staff - amazing! Incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. I would be remiss if I didn't specifically mention Alex at the bar. His cocktails are true works of art, and the conversations were even better. Thank you all for a truly wonderful stay. We have found a new home away from home when we travel to Madrid.

We loved absolutely everything. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. The staff gets an 11 on 10 for making you feel welcomed and many little special touches that remind you that you are not in an average luxury hotel. The hotel is also wonderfully located within walking distance to so many things. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommend it.
